How do I cancel my subscription?

All subscription cancellations must be submitted to in writing. Please email us at info@chef-jess.com or via our contact form https://www.chef-jess.com/contact/.

What is the cancellation policy for subscriptions?

Subscriptions must be cancelled, in writing, at least 4 days prior to next scheduled delivery. The subscription will automatically renew 3 days prior to scheduled delivery. No refunds will be given once renewal charge has processed.

What days are the deliveries?

Sunday – 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm Monday – 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Wednesday – 10:00 am -6:00 pm

How do I pause my deliveries?

Click on My Subscription at the top left corner. Select the Pause Plan button and select the date you would like to pause and save.

What's the cut off for pausing my meals?

Sunday and Monday deliveries must be paused by Thursday at 5:00 pm, Wednesday deliveries by Monday 5:00 pm. Deliveries paused after the cut-off may still be delivered at customers expense.

How do I make my meal selections?

Click the profile icon at the top right of your screen. Click the heading Select Meals and click on the boxes. A drop down of the menu options will appear when you click on the box.
