We know many of our valued customers are concerned about maintaining their health and preventing the spread of the virus. We are taking every precautionary measure to ensure your safety, from our kitchens to your doorstep.

Our commitment to your safety

In this time of crisis, we understand there is a lot of uncertainty. We are making changes to ensure our customers can feed their families as safely and conveniently as possible.

REDUCED TURN AROUND TIMES

Orders can now be placed up to 72 hours prior to delivery. These reduced turn-around times accommodate the urgency of the situation.

NO REUSABLE BAGS

For the time being, we are no longer using reusable bags for food delivery.

TAPE-SEALED BAGS

We are tape-sealing all bags carrying food, even though the FDA announced ``there is no evidence of food or food packaging being associated with transmission of COVID-19.``

TRUSTED DELIVERY DRIVERS

All delivery staff are employed strictly by Chef Jess. We do not use contractors or third-party delivery services in order to maintain quality control.

DRIVER SOCIAL DISTANCING

Our drivers can leave your food on your doorstep, and call your phone to alert you of it's arrival. Thereby, we hope to maintain social distancing for customers.
